We delivered our spring newsletters during the past week to all the Southern Gables homes including Valley View. If we missed you, let us know and I’ll bring you a copy – or you can print it out or read it online. Tuesday May 7

We will start off with social time featuring a special treat catered by our local taco specialists at El Fogon…

Free Taco Bar at 6:30 PM.

Visit and chat with the neighbors. Mayor Strom and Councilmember Nystrom will be there.

… and the meeting will begin at 7:00.

It will be casual with the tacos and all, but still a meeting so we will cover the business of the neighborhood. Mayor Strom and LAPD Agent Pratt-Cordova will give Lakewood updates, Sustainable Southern Gables and the Association will tell about plans for the upcoming season, and the Association will have election of officers. The meeting will conclude at 8:00.
